Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sound Healing India, we are committed to creating safe, impactful, and transformative experiences through our sessions, workshops, and training programs. Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is outlined below to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made for any service, including but not limited to 1:1 sessions, group workshops, retreats, training programs, or events, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered final.

2. Rescheduling & Validity

While refunds are not provided, we do offer rescheduling under the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling Window: Clients may request to reschedule their session or event within the same calendar year of the original booking. Extensions to the next year will not be entertained.

  • One-Time Reschedule Only: Each booking is eligible for one-time rescheduling only and is subject to availability.

  • Advance Notice: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
     

3. Missed Sessions or No-Shows

  • No Compensation: Missed sessions (including online or offline) without prior notice will be marked as attended. No refund or make-up session will be provided.

  • Paid Re-Entry: Re-attendance to missed sessions may be allowed on a paid basis, subject to availability and discretion.

4. Cancellations by Sound Healing India

  • In rare cases where a session, workshop, or event is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternate date will be provided.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds for such cancellations.

5. Digital Material & Resources

  • If a workshop or training program includes handouts, syllabi, or other learning resources, these may be shared digitally or physically at SHI’s discretion.

  • Access to such materials does not equate to a refund for a missed session or event.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies may arise. In highly exceptional cases, clients may write to us for support. While our standard policy remains “no refunds,” we may consider alternatives such as credit toward a future session at our sole discretion. This is not a guarantee.

7. Payment Gateways & Processing

All payments are processed securely via authorized platforms such as Razorpay/PayPal. Please note:

  • Refund requests made through payment gateways will not be entertained.

  • Sound Healing India holds no liability for transaction failures caused by third-party platforms.

8. Policy Updates

Sound Healing India reserves the right to update or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website and deemed effective immediately.
