Join us for an Online Sound Bath ~ a meditative journey to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and realign your energy. Just find a quiet space, put on your headphones, and keep your heart open. Slow down with us. Your body knows how to heal. Develop trust by listening to it. Tune into the sensations, your breath, heartbeat, posture and make adjustments as you observe. By tuning within, you can bring a shift. Healing is allowing yourself to feel safe. “Small practices can help us change” It’s all about giving a channel to those emotions by feeling them fully.
