1. Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative practice where participants are immersed in soothing and resonant sounds, often produced by instruments like singing bowls & gongs. Our approach to facilitating these sound baths is rooted in our culture that focuses on connecting with the sound within through the fundamentals of Nãda Yoga and hence we equally emphasise on utilising the power of our voice through Matrika Chanting.

This sonic environment is designed to guide individuals into a state of deep relaxation, self-discovery, and inner peace.

Through the intentional layering of harmonious tones, a sound bath creates a space where thought quiets, breathing deepens, and the heartbeat aligns with a calmer rhythm. This state of presence facilitates emotional release, mental clarity, and energetic balance nurturing healing from within.

 

2. Sound Journey 

A Month-Long Course in Sound Exploration and Meditation

This immersive four-session course invites participants to delve into the profound connection between sound, self-awareness, and healing. Each session builds upon the last, guiding individuals through a transformational experience of self-discovery and presence.

Session 1: Breathing Awareness & Restoration

To cultivate awareness of the breath and restore its natural rhythm

To achieve a state of grounded awareness where the mind and body feel more balanced and in sync.

Session 2: Voice Healing

Use your voice as a tool for emotional balance and to live in the present.

Explore vocal tones, hums & Matrika chants to express inner emotions or blockages. Practice toning or mantra meditation to align with your authentic expression.

Release stored emotions, strengthen your connection to the present, and rediscover the healing power of your own voice.

Session 3: Conscious Listening

Develop the ability to listen deeply to external and internal sounds. Engage with various natural or meditative sounds, such as flowing water, singing bowls, or wind chimes. Practice focused listening exercises to sharpen awareness and tune into the subtle “inner soundscape.”

Enhance concentration, deepen inner awareness, and cultivate a meditative state of mind.

Session 4: The Sound of Silence

Explore the profound stillness that arises in the absence of sound. Meditate on silence to experience its depth and transformative power. Alternate between sound and silence, observing the interplay and what arises in the quiet.

3. All Night Sound Bath:

A Journey Into Restful Resonance

Imagine this: Sleeping under a soothing canopy of live sounds and vibrations, your body and mind embraced by healing tones, only to awaken gently into profound silence.

In the midst of the city’s chaos, we bring you All Night Sound Bath, an unparalleled experience of sound healing and deep relaxation. This one-of-a-kind event invites you to journey through the night on waves of harmonious frequencies, designed to guide you into a state of deep rest and inner stillness.

 

What to Expect        

•Timing: From 10 PM to 4 AM, live sounds will flow continuously, followed by an hour of absolute silence to awaken in peace.

•The Soundscape:

•Singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments will be played live by trained sound healers.

•The vibrations are designed to align your energy, soothe your mind, and lull you into restorative sleep.

•The Setting:

•A serene indoor space designed to feel safe and cocoon-like.

•Comfortable mats and cushions provided to ensure a restful experience.
